Terms of Use

Twinly Lab lets a creator build an AI twin — a video avatar using their likeness, voice, and knowledge — that visitors can talk to in a live session, either free or for a per-conversation fee set by the creator.

The twin is software. It is not the creator, it is not a live human, and its answers are generated by AI models. Nothing it says is professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — footage, photos, voice recordings, and knowledge-base text. By uploading it, you grant us a licence to process and host it strictly for the purpose of building and running your own twin, and to display your public twin page.

You confirm that the likeness and voice you upload are your own, or that you have written permission from the person they belong to. We never sell or license your likeness or voice to anyone else.

Creators and visitors alike must not:

• Upload someone else's face or voice without their permission, or impersonate any person or organisation.
• Use a twin to give medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional counsel.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse a twin's operator or any other user.
• Attempt to bypass our safety guardrails, payment gating, or session limits.
• Upload unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Scrape, resell, or re-host twin sessions or generated video without permission.

Every twin carries platform safety guardrails that we control and creators cannot disable. Guardrail violations are logged, and we may suspend or remove an account for serious or repeated breaches.

Visitors pay the per-conversation price shown on the creator's page before the session starts. Sessions are time-limited; the limit is displayed before you begin. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Because a session is delivered immediately and in full, paid sessions are generally non-refundable. If a session fails for technical reasons on our side, contact us at aleks@servada.io and we will refund or re-run it.

Creators receive their share of each paid conversation, at the percentage shown for their plan, via Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's identity and payout onboarding before you can charge for sessions; until you do, your sessions run as free previews. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

The Pro plan is a paid subscription with no free trial — you are charged at checkout and then on each renewal. There is no auto-conversion from a trial, and no charge happens without a checkout you completed yourself.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which the account drops to Free. Amounts already paid for an elapsed period are not refunded.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, pricing, and plan limits can change; we will give notice of material changes that affect a paid plan.

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated answers can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you should not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, misuses another person's likeness, or creates legal risk for us or our users. On termination we remove your twin, avatar, and voice clone as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Twinly Lab Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
