Cookie Notice

Effective August 13, 2026 · Twinly Lab Inc., United States

We keep cookies to a minimum: the ones that make sign-in and paid sessions work, plus the two Meta Pixel cookies we use to measure our own advertising. We do not run third-party ad networks, cross-site behavioural profiling, or cookie-based session recording.

Essential cookies

Sign-in and paid-session cookies are required for the product to function. If you block them, you cannot stay signed in to the dashboard and a paid consultation cannot be unlocked after checkout. They are not used for advertising.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel)

On our production website we run the Meta Pixel, which sets _fbp and, when you arrive from an ad, _fbc. We use them only to see which ads lead to sign-ups and Pro subscriptions. We also send the matching events to Meta from our server, with your email address hashed before it leaves our systems.

Turning cookies off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use an ad blocker or your browser's tracking protection to stop the Meta Pixel. Blocking the advertising cookies does not limit your access to the product. Blocking essential cookies does.
